Real problem
When menus snapped between states, drivers lost their place and feels disconnected.
In a car, that's not a polish thing — it's a wayfinding thing.
Motion had to be the system that kept people oriented and needs to be unified across the devices.
Process
Codified the motion principles with the lead and engineers, so the language could extend beyond the menu to the rest of the OS
