Not a CRM, an OS
Most software in this category treats real-estate agents as data clerks — fields to fill, pipelines to drag, automations buried three menus deep.
Circular Motion refuses that framing and asks the inverse question: what does client work look like when memory, geography, and AI are first-class citizens of the workspace, and the database is the thing that disappears?
The answer is an operating system, not a dashboard. The interface unfolds in two modes that share one shell. A Workspace mode is map-first and timeline-aware — properties, hot contacts, drafted replies, and next-best-actions sit on a single calm surface, and depth is reached by zooming rather than by navigating.
An Agent mode exposes the AI itself as a visual graph the user can grab and rewire — triggers, memory extraction, conditions, actions, human-approval gates — turning the automations from a settings page into a piece of software the agent can hold.
Two Modes, One Shell
The hardest decision was refusing the dashboard metaphor. The tempting shape was a polished real-estate dashboard with widgets and a hidden automations panel; the chosen shape was a two-mode OS where the automation graph gets equal billing with the day-to-day surface, because the project's whole thesis is that agents should be visible, observable, and editable instead of buried.
